You also confirm that you are legally permitted to make purchases in the state you reside.  All products purchased on spectraldragon.com are to be used for the sole purpose as described on this site.

Returns Policy:

Mouthpieces and batteries do not come under warranty.
Heating chamber & digital components may be replaced if defective at time of purchase and that have not been subject to misuse / lack of care from customer.  In some cases the whole item may be replaced if found defective at time of purchase.  Customer must pay for returned shipping costs if the returned product is not found to be defective at the time of manufacture.

Please note: The extended first charge of your battery will ensure a longer life.
